In 1995 Wolfgang left TSR for Seattle to join Wizards of the Coast, where he designed web games, the Magic RPG (never published), and card games. He also wrote the ORIGINS Award-nominated Dark*Matter campaign setting, a world of conspiracy, aliens, and the occult.
In 1998, as the Hasbro buyout was underway at WotC, Wolfgang left Wizards for Microsoft. He freelances for Green Ronin Publishing, Malhavoc Press, Chaosium, Paizo Publishing, and Wizards of the Coast. He plays and runs RPGs for friends and family, and is at work on a novel of an alternate Renaissance.
